Certain services may incur out-of-pocket charges beyond the standard visit fee. These services include, but are not limited to:

Completing legal or employment forms, such as FMLA or disability forms. (Bright Link Psychiatry requires at least three visits before completing these forms. We are not disability providers and may refer patients to specialists for these evaluations.)
Writing emotional support animal letters.
Extended phone consultations outside of scheduled appointments.
