Cancellations

We kindly ask that patients provide at least 48 business hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full visit fee.

Example: A Monday appointment at 2:00 PM must be cancelled by 2:00 PM on the preceding Thursday to avoid a cancellation fee.

New Patient Cancellations

Your first visit is considered a consultation, during which your provider will review your history, provide clinical impressions, and create an initial treatment plan. Any prescribed medications or lab orders will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy or testing facility. A follow-up appointment will typically be scheduled within four-weeks to continue care and refine your treatment plan.
